What are the product quality standards? How to ensure product quality?
Our water purification equipment adheres to strict quality standards, covering various aspects such as technology, safety, reliability, and the environment. Technologically, there are precise requirements for water purification efficiency, physical characteristics, flow rate, etc. In terms of safety, both electrical and water-related safety have obtained Chinese national standard certifications. Regarding reliability, the MTBF exceeds 5000 hours. Environmentally, it is energy-efficient and the components are recyclable. In terms of quality assurance, we possess ISO 9001 certification. We regulate each link through the quality management system, strictly control raw materials and components. In the production process, we conduct fine process management and multi-stage inspections. At the same time, we attach great importance to personnel training and incentives. Through quality awareness and skill training, we improve the quality of employees and promote all employees to ensure product quality with a sound incentive mechanism.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including but not limited to wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), PayPal for small-value transactions. We also consider other international payment platforms or methods based on specific agreements and the nature of the business. For example, if it is a long-term and stable cooperation, we can discuss more flexible and customized payment solutions to meet your needs and ensure the smooth progress of the trade.
What is the manufacturing cycle and production volume of the products?
Our production capacity is 500 sets of equipment per week. For customized products, the manufacturing cycle is two weeks.
How long does shipping take?
It usually depends on several factors such as the destination, the shipping method chosen (by air, by sea or by express courier), and customs clearance procedures.
For shipments by air, it generally takes around 3 to 7 working days to reach most major international destinations after the goods are dispatched from our warehouse and pass through the necessary formalities.
If shipped by sea, it might take anywhere from 15 to 45 days depending on the port of destination and the shipping route.
However, please note that unforeseen circumstances like bad weather, port congestion or customs issues could potentially cause delays. We’ll keep you updated throughout the shipping process and do our best to ensure timely delivery.
